Flash-Guard^TM

Flash-Guard^TM is an efficient and cost-effective solution for storing and returning surgical instruments to the sterile field. Through the Flash-Guard^TM's closed sterilization system, surgical instruments can be sterilized and transported from the autoclave to the point of use, without possible exposure to airborne contaminants. The system works with gravity displacement (flash) sterilizers and pre-vac autoclaves.

Flash-Guard^TM was designed to verify the integrity of the flash sterilization process, to assure the operator that sterilization parameters have been met prior to transport of instruments. Providing a mechanism for sterilizing and transporting instruments in a closed system and confirming the completion of sterilization cycles, Flash-Guard^TM minimizes the risk from flash sterilization.
